The Founder and the Owner of FINDLR is Finnish born Meri Rogan, who moved abroad for work in 2015 - and is still on the same trip.
It all started with a job in Sweden as a Technical Support Agent, but quite soon Rogan started to run her own Teams or Accounts in the BPO Contact Center world.
The idea for FINLDR was born in 2017 when Rogan realized that sometimes Recruitment Departments needs additional help to find good Finnish speaking candidates to work in Contact Centers.
She understood that she has to create something new, so she started her own group in Social Media where Finnish speakers and employees abroad would meet. By time the group has gotten extremely popular: many people have found jobs through it and the group has now almost 40k followers!
FINDLR was officially founded in 2023 and is operated in Gothenburg, Sweden.
